Episode 1: ‘What is the global assembly?’
In preparation for the Hidden Figures event on Wednesday 26th May, DukeBox and the Global Citizenship present an overview of the course on Post-Colonial Perspectives offered to students by EduSpots in the Lent term.
In this episode Ned and Matilda tackle Franz Kafka via two of his short stories, “Investigations of a Dog” and “The Metamorphosis”. In this accidentally animal-themed episode, they try to capture the essence of the Kafkaesque, giggle at the word “dogdom”, and attempt to stay cheery amid the identity crisis that Kafka’s work offers!
