The Evolution of New Insects and Mammals
Dan Whiteside June 24, 2019
Dan Whiteside speaks on how certain species could evolve to become eusocial. Eusociality is where members of a species are non reproductive and invest all their energy in a queen who is solely responsible for the propagation of the species. Dan looked not only at bees and ants where this is well known but also at the naked mole rat which is the only known mammal to have adopted this reproductive strategy.
